In this class you will hone your capability to lead with a lasting impact. You will read about a principle each week and we'll spend the group sessions discussing those principles in practice. We cover the material in 10 intimate, one-hour classes, conducted via Zoom, limited to a Tactical Council of 12 participants. This small-group format ensures personalized engagement and a cohesive learning experience over the 10-week journey. If you bring more people from your team, you can use this class as a team building activity.
